SNAIL ON PRODUCE !
I’m really disappointed and concerned with my recent purchase. I bought a large amount of fruit and vegetables, and when I opened a packet of potatoes at home, I found a live snail inside. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the quality and handling of your produce. I’ve always shopped here and trusted the quality, so this was very upsetting. I hope the shop takes this seriously and addresses the issue properly.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT
No doubt the product here is good - but the customer experience is TERRIBLE. Floor Manager is rude and offensive, treats customers with arrogance and aggression and some of the cashiers are surly, sullen, unfriendly and borderline disrepectful. Such a shame - because the product is good. Never been treated that badly in any shop anywhere. Appalling!

best fresh food shop around
absolutely a stunning place. Fresh stock at unbelieveable prices.

Fresh produce and good prices
I can never complain about this market. The prices are just so low, I love the fresh variety and the dailies are very affordable. Can recommend to anyone

I can never complain about this market. The prices are just so low, I love the fresh variety and the dailies are very affordable. Can recommend to anyone

FRESH PRODUCE, SPICES AND MEAT UNDER 600BUCKS - BARGAIN!
JOBURG'S BEST KEPT SECRET - I SPENT 600 BUCKS THERE. HALF OF THAT WENT TO VEGGIES WHICH WILL LAST FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE AND SPICES(SPICES WILL LAST FOR MONTH OR MORE). AND THE REST, I USED ON MEAT. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS/BUTCHERY - THEIR MEAT IS SO AFFORDABLE AND TASTES WAY BETTER THAN THAT WOOLWORTHS OR SPAR MEAT. OH MY GOSH I WAS BLOWN AWAY. NEVER AGAIN M I WASTING MY MONEY ON RETAILS SHOPS .... LOCAL FARMERS HERE I COME.
