I bought an i20 hyndai on the 29/04/2024 which was going for R22000 before auction, i was given the sales lady by the name of Helen. I was then asked to pay another R5000 for police clearance of which i did and iwas sent paperwork that i had bought the car. The next day they called and told me another person is buying the same car for R32000 and i am going to be refunded within 30 days. Now when i am calling to check on my refund, they keep telling me that they are checking and will come back to me but nothing happens.
