Power cuts in Homelake for no reason and no one cares

Power keeps going off in Homelake since 13 June 2020. Then we sit without power for 24 hours. I report it when it goes off and 24 hours later i still sit without power. Ive complained on facebook about this to Craig Harrison and Ellik de Lange since 13th June. My microwave broke and soon my computer will probably also break and my fridge and my geyser. What is going on with the power in Homelake why can't anyone fix it and why doesnt anyone give a ****? Who is going to replace all the rotten meat etc? Power off atm and if i phone i get "your call is important to us" but no one answer.
