1 Star is too much

1 star is too much to rate this unprofessional company.

Dealing with Rapid Pools being the worst experience during the building of my new home. Wonderful promises made before the deposit is paid and then you face the well known SLA copy and pasted over and over on each email you receive.

Impossible to get hold of and when you do - well attitude name calling and fake promises is what you get.

Read all the reviews - Do your research - You cannot build a quality pool professionally when your price is R10 000 below the average. Do not fall in the trap and loose your money.
