Spares Returns

<p>Bought an oven thermostat for R228.00 after presenting the sample on 28 March 2017. However, the spare could not be used as the vacuum tube is too short.  Took it back on 29 March 2017 but was informed that no returns are accepted on electrical spares.  Hellooo! - What does an electrical shop do?  Only notice on spares is if it is supplied correctly it can not be returned which is accpeptable. No other notice on electrical spares. </p> <p>Travelled the extra 30km and bought a replacement form the dealer for R68.00.  Further ripoff from Ras Electrical?</p>
