Sixty60 instore runners
In store sixty60 runners are annoying, showing no respect for in store shoppers. Runners compete with instore shoppers where I many a time have to take avoidance action not to collide with them. Appears as if sixty60 shoppers have instore priority.

Misdirected parcel from Fastway
Misdirected sensitive material picked up in Vereniging for delivery in Brits via Durban on 9 Oct and stil not delivered on 15 October. No apology zero zilch.

UPS=Useless Parcel Service?
Imported an item from China. Had no input on the selected courier chosen by the manufacturer. Should have requested input. Parcel arrived and that is when your problems begin. There is a 14 day window since arriving in the destination country and before penalties and storage fees kick in. Communication from UPS is at their pace and time.The communication app is updated by UPS but notices are recorded and changed to suit UPS. If you dare to submit a complaint, reasons are found to delay delivery even more, even after receiving communication that package has been cleared. Data is captured incorrectly by the agent and the wrong infofmation is used for further delays. All the inFormation requested is inFormation that should be collected prior to shipping as is my experience with other similar situations in order to make timeous deliveries. Package arrived in SA on 9 January, was only delivered on 24 January. Not a company I will use again if I have a choice.

OBDII bluetooth scanner make Kingbolen does not work unless you agree to supply them with your credit card detail. This raises concerns for a so called free tool.

Bought a car scanner OBDIi scanner, Delphi DS150E. Is not an orginal Delphi unit and uses pirate software. Doftware installation requires all antivirus and defender products to he switched off. This should be a major warning light as it opens your laptop for malware. The contact numbers inside rekays to domeone that say theyvare not the suppliers ofvthe unitbon Takealot but they will hrlp you install the software for a fee Run, rabbit run rubbit run run run.

Spares Returns
<p>Bought an oven thermostat for R228.00 after presenting the sample on 28 March 2017. However, the spare could not be used as the vacuum tube is too short. Took it back on 29 March 2017 but was informed that no returns are accepted on electrical spares. Hellooo! - What does an electrical shop do? Only notice on spares is if it is supplied correctly it can not be returned which is accpeptable. No other notice on electrical spares. </p> <p>Travelled the extra 30km and bought a replacement form the dealer for R68.00. Further ripoff from Ras Electrical?</p>
