Unhealthy castle beer
To whom it may concern I bought beer yesterday the 21 September at a local bottle store. When we openes the beer there was spiders under there cap and there was dead spider inside the inside the beer will also take pictures and send Pictures is not showing clear but I will keep it if you need to to see it or send someone to check it out but honestly am not happy cause what if I have to drink that beer with that spiders inside please awaiting for your feedback before I take the matter to hello petter Another thing the beer was also not full right to the top where it must be It's been almost a month and still no one rep**** to this matter Zayd Bharoochie 0738030792

Poisoned by SABS approved products
I reported my accidental overdose to the SABS per email and on their website. My only request was that they put a warning on machine operated canisters of airfresheners to not be used by hand because I nearly died at the end of July2024, I had 3 allergic reactions and one overdose in public areas. When after two months of communication and no replies from them I phoned end of November 2024. Their website was not working and they simply cannot be bothered to read their emails, I was told they would 'see' if they can attend to my email the day I spoke to the lady. I received no further communication or acknowledgement of my complaint. Sadly this leads me to believe they supporters of poisoning normal citizens in their work places. They are the purveyors of frontal lobe epilepsy (an almost new experience for me). They like my work place would not like to admit they made a mistake. No product complaint was done by the company I worked for and also the SABS is only interested in taking money and not keeping people safe. I hope your whole Pretoria branch gets fired and pulled apart as you take responsibility for the work you have been entrusted with also with no regard for the sanctity of life.

Pathetic service by the SABS
I have been trying to get my refund back from this company since the 3 April 2023, with no luck. Nobody can help me, nobody can even give me an eta as to when this refund will be actioned. Every person I have spoken to telephonically are unfriendly, and unhelpful. I spoke to Vera in the accounts department, who couldn't help me. She gave me her managers contact number, which I called and it goes straight to voicemail. I proceeded to leave a voice message, to which I still have not received a response. Can someone please get back to me!?!?!
