Pathetic service by the SABS

I have been trying to get my refund back from this company since the 3 April 2023, with no luck. Nobody can help me, nobody can even give me an eta as to when this refund will be actioned. Every person I have spoken to telephonically are unfriendly, and unhelpful. I spoke to Vera in the accounts department, who couldn't help me. She gave me her managers contact number, which I called and it goes straight to voicemail. I proceeded to leave a voice message, to which I still have not received a response.

Can someone please get back to me!?!?!
