The worst, the pizza was dry and didn't get the normal portions of meats and cream cheese. I raised this with the lady incharge of that outlet but I was dismissed and mocked
I called Cartrack very stressed about my handed over account, fortunately for me I spoke to a gentleman Claudio Gumede who was very patient and helpful towards me. This is the last thing I expected coz I never got good client service on the phone with Cartrack, am very impressed with that guy. He knows his stuff, also sent me all the required information to fix this mess. We need more consultants like him in this country, NGIYABONGA ***HULU BABA uGUMEDE.
Never ending contract, these guys are crooks. They're say the difference between a 3 year contract and a month-to-month is "the manner in which the cancelation is done" .I'm still flabbergasted by this and I'm really disappointed because I had them in high regard, i mean one of my friends works for them so I honestly thought they were legit. The cherry on top was when a consultant by the name of Dimakatso hung up on me when I called in to enquire about my "matured" but still debited account, I can't be paying for a car I no longer own.
I called in today and was very disappointed with the excellent service I got from Tume Mohlodi, I guess I expected the worst because of your reputation as a company but Tume fixed all my issues. I was then transfered to Finance and spoke to Sibongile Magubane, who also gave me great service. To think that when I called I wanted to request a cancelation 🤣🤣, they served me so well I ended up adding extra services. Talk about upselling 🤣. Keep up the great work ladies, I hope you will treat your other clients the same way you did to me.
Your service is really bad guys, Its been more than a week and no one answers my emails or even bothers answering the phone. I called your offices more than ten times but never got anyone to talk to, please respond to my email at least, this is important. I submitted a request for a refund on the 9th of March and was told to wait for 7 days to get my money back and I complied, today is the 9th day and still no money paid back into my account. I called 5 times today and was promised all will be fixed and get my money today, guess what? I just received an email saying that my refund request only got approved today and I should wait another 7 days, I honestly thought they were professionals and a dealer of the highest level of client service. I'm very disappointed and to make matters worse no one is calling me like they promised to, I'll never buy there ever again.
