Ratel Bosbumper 4x4 Winner!

I bought a custom made RATEL Bumper for my Toyota Hilux 4x4. It was manufactured in Pretoria and couriered to Durban.

The Hillcrest company allocated to fit the unit had problems and could not fit it correctly onto my vehicle yet still charged me R3500.

Fortunately I was travelling to Pretoria on other business and popped into the “Bos Bumper” factory. The owner Braam took his time to investigate my problem and his staff set about rectifying it to my complete satisfaction without any extra charge. He even fitted my winch as a complementary gesture.
