Rude, bad services

Never ever rent from this developer. I currently stay in Piccolo close and last week municipality switched off electricity due to none payment of the services. I called their offices and the receptionist was so rude pointing fingers to the management agent instead of being professional and ensuring me as their tenant that they will sort it out. I asked to be transferred to her manager and she put me through the financial manager who you could hear he is not bothered and not interested in what I have to say. We didn't have electricity for 2 days and they were not even apologetic about it.
