Bad Service coupled with lies

Had my car in for repairs with Raven motors in Pietermaritzburg whom were giving me such a hard time. every time i called for an update the reception lady gave me a run around, she kept lying and avoiding to tell me my car was not ready as they told the insurance it would be ready by today. I was told it would take 7days to fix the car and it has now been over a month.
