Angry costumers

They continued to sentme items that i did not order and forced me to pay for it and now just 10 minutes ago the lady i was talking to over the fone was very rude and unprofessional. What if i didn't have any funds to pay them and what am i supposed to do with the items that they sent me because i didn't order nothing from them I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM IN MY LIFE AGAIN!!!!! Can anyone please help me with their head office contact details because this is outrageous because i don't think that i have to pay them anything i am very angry and feel very used please help me.
