********* company with a script that does not correspond with service!!
This company does not conduct business ethically, they call and offer a starter sample pack and a gift card it shows up as 10ltrs of product with an absurd amount invoiced and zero on the gift card, paid the invoice, then a few months later I received a call stating that the delivery was incomplete, they will send the rest of the goods and another gift card, to which I agreed to understanding I had already paid for it. and received 20 litres and another gift card with zero on it and no invoice in box. Today I received a call from RawChem international stating I have an outstanding balance for for goods delivered. if it is not paid they will take legal action against the company I work for. Do not engage telephonically with this company, as the script for their telesales does not equate to the service!!! They will say they have recordings of the conversation but will only release for a cost. I am writing this on behalf of my employee who is not authorised to place orders on behalf of my company and is now out of pocket.

Raw Chem - ****
"Raw Chem International" is calling me daily demanding I pay for products I did not order. They called in Feb to offer a discount package on chemicals. At the time, we were looking at getting competitive quotes so I agreed to a starter pack. Which I then paid for. A few weeks later I receive another package which I had not ordered. They claim it states on the invoice that it is part 2 of the package. I told them I dont want the products and I am happy to send them back. Now they are claiming that because we paid the first invoice we are liable for the second invoice or we must pay back the so called 50% discount on the first order.... Supposedly they are in RANDBURG. I really feel like they are ****ming us and trying to push there luck. Do I need to call a lawyer? Or must I really pay these awful people!

Stay away from RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL
Hi everyone, Please be very cautious of a company called RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL. They ******* us into buying substandard cleaning materials at ridiculously high prices. This was suppose to a sample. Stay away from RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL
Hi everyone, Please be very cautious of a company called RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL. They ******* us into buying substandard cleaning materials at ridiculously high prices. This was suppose to a sample. RAW CHEM INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD
This company is situated in Ferndale Randburg. Be very careful they will call the company and promise a voucher and a sample to test, which they actually never sent. Its all lies. They conveniently forget to tell you that they will send the chemicals to you which will be 2 x 25l chemicals at a ridiculous price. The delivery person is not allowed to take the chemicals back as no formal order was placed with the kitchen staff member. They will never sent a formal quote or invoice, beforehand . No sample will be sent, the delivery of the 2 x 25 l chemicals is the sample at an amount of approximately R3000.00. No quotation was emailed no invice was emailed. On the recording that they will sent you voucher and sample was agreed upon but they leave out that the sample is actualy not free, the sample actual will costs you approximately R3000.00 . On inquiry regarding this delivery the staff is extremely rude, no manners, no telephone ethics. They will actually raise their voice at you. They threaten to take law suite against companies, they refuse to take the chemical back as it was not ordered by the Manager. No voucher no sample was sent. Samples are free if you want companies to test it for you. STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM. They contacted me re a 1 liter cleaning product for R109.00 on special so I agreed only to have 25 liters delivered at over R3300.00. I called and told them I ordered the 1 liter sample first and please to come take back the 25 liters. The lady got very rude and said that will not be happening as I agreed to the 25 liters. I told her nobody mentioned R3300.00 but only R109.00. They are **** artists and I am going to get the Umbudsman to help me. I am not paying for something I did not order! ******* and **** artists are what they are!

This Company is absolutely ********* and a **** - stay away!! I was phoned and offered chemicals and gift. Chemicals were delivered but useless. I was phoned again and huge apology for not delivering the whole order. They send double the previous delivery and now claim payment!! Staff extremely rude, especially a guy called Frank. Now received so called legal letter with huge legal costs. Worst people I ever had to confront in 50 years!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!

Angry costumers
They continued to sentme items that i did not order and forced me to pay for it and now just 10 minutes ago the lady i was talking to over the fone was very rude and unprofessional. What if i didn't have any funds to pay them and what am i supposed to do with the items that they sent me because i didn't order nothing from them I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM IN MY LIFE AGAIN!!!!! Can anyone please help me with their head office contact details because this is outrageous because i don't think that i have to pay them anything i am very angry and feel very used please help me.
