This company is situated in Ferndale Randburg. Be very careful they will call the company and promise a voucher and a sample to test, which they actually never sent. Its all lies. They conveniently forget to tell you that they will send the chemicals to you which will be 2 x 25l chemicals at a ridiculous price. The delivery person is not allowed to take the chemicals back as no formal order was placed with the kitchen staff member. They will never sent a formal quote or invoice, beforehand . No sample will be sent, the delivery of the 2 x 25 l chemicals is the sample at an amount of approximately R3000.00. No quotation was emailed no invice was emailed. On the recording that they will sent you voucher and sample was agreed upon but they leave out that the sample is actualy not free, the sample actual will costs you approximately R3000.00 . On inquiry regarding this delivery the staff is extremely rude, no manners, no telephone ethics. They will actually raise their voice at you. They threaten to take law suite against companies, they refuse to take the chemical back as it was not ordered by the Manager. No voucher no sample was sent. Samples are free if you want companies to test it for you. STAY AWAY YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM. Worse medical aid on the planet. Stay away. They want u to use network doctors, which is fine, but u don't even have network doctors available in mphumulanga. The 1 doctor that is available don't care. During consultation he doesn't even get up from behind his char to examine patient. Momentum doesn't care just want money. U just a number. STAY AWAY or u will regret using them
Momentum ingwe is definitely the worse medical aid on the planet. I can't even complain about clients services as it doesn't exist. The cancell our medical aid due to non payment although money was in the bank. Ive sent 9 emails regarding payment of claims and authorisation number for the last 2 month and not once did any consultant advise me regarding suspension or non payment. In February they took way to much of my account for the premium and that us where it all start. Payment is not the only issue, rather stay away from Momentum medical aid if you don't want to experience an extreme amount of stress. The call to asked for a practice number to give authorisation but surely the consultant should have notice the payment issue as nothing was mentioned to me about it. I asked them today to re instate and I will transfer payments over. But now you have to reapply.

StAY AWAY FROM MOMENTUM INGWE OPTION. worst medical aid in the whole world. On Ingwe option you use network doctors, dentist, hospital which is 100 % but they only give you 1 doctor option in Nelspruit, 1 Dentist option in Nelspruit and it is situated in a very bad part of town. There attitude when I called for assistance, lets just say you can complain because there actualy no service or help at all. STAY AWAY FROM MOMENTUM INGWE OPTION you will loose your money with no aftercare service at all
Made a booking through booking.com in April for December holiday. Received booking confirmation everything. Today I received an email stating leisure apartments in cancelilng our booking, can't accommodate due to unforseen circumstances. No accommodation available in December that is suitable with same bookings requirements. Leisure apartments you have ruined our December holiday.a sorry unfortunately can't make us feel better here.
Kingsmead have an exchange policy on their receipts that u can return shoes if there is a defective on them within 6 month. Bought shoes on 28 July 2023.both soles of shoes cracked. I took them back and was told it's because I wear them to much ...I didn't ask for a refund just wanted an exchange and yes I do understand they have a CPA guideline but how can u say I'm wearing my shoes to much. They are only 2 and 1/2 month old surely soles shouldn't cracked within 2 and a 1/2 month.
