********* company with a script that does not correspond with service!!

This company does not conduct business ethically, they call and offer a starter sample pack and a gift card it shows up as 10ltrs of product with an absurd amount invoiced and zero on the gift card, paid the invoice, then a few months later I received a call stating that the delivery was incomplete, they will send the rest of the goods and another gift card, to which I agreed to understanding I had already paid for it. and received 20 litres and another gift card with zero on it and no invoice in box. Today I received a call from RawChem international stating I have an outstanding balance for for goods delivered. if it is not paid they will take legal action against the company I work for. Do not engage telephonically with this company, as the script for their telesales does not equate to the service!!! They will say they have recordings of the conversation but will only release for a cost. I am writing this on behalf of my employee who is not authorised to place orders on behalf of my company and is now out of pocket.
