Con-artists! Raw Chem International / DSL Consumables

Biggest bunch of con-artists around. We had unfortunate dealings with their previous company by the name of DSL consumables last year with their free indroductory package - which we were billed for a month later and then harrassed for payment. Payment was eventually made just to get them to go away and now I'm in the same boat again. Every time they phoned, I insisted that I don't want their product and I don't want dealings with them and I end up putting the phone down in their ear because they just don't let up. Now they've delivered more of their "introductory package" to us and we can't get them to take it back. There is ZERO evidence of us agreeing or ordering the stuff, although they maintain that it was ordered, but can not produce proof thereof. the NCC has been alerted to this as has Standard Bank because now with every delivery, there is a Standard Bank bank card included! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - CON-ARTISTS OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE! The last proof of payment we submitted had a note on it which read "DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN" and yet they're still persisting.
