Reporting Raw Chem to the National Consumer Commission
For anyone that has been dealing with Raw Chem and their absolutely ridiculous way of ****ming people into paying for orders that weren't placed, please contact me on candice@canelle.co.za - I am taking this to the National Consumer Commission and would like as many people as possible to participate and possibly get their money back.

Raw Chem Bullies
Biggest *****sters. They need to be shut down. They are try to force one to try a liter out for low amount. One agree to that and next thing you get 25L of stuff and have to pay thousands. The ordacity to call me again to.twll me they will deliver the balance. I said no I don't want anything from them they already ****med me out of R6000 rand. I don't want anything even if it is free. No thanks. Then I get threatened by a agent called April that in that case I must pay 50% back. They can come and get their ******* that I paid for back for free too. Let them deliver anything here I will not accept it. She tells me they got a recording where I placed a order I told her to go listen to that recording and you will hear that I was not told about 25L or an amount of R6000. It is time that we get cart blanch on these people. Let them listen to the recordings and hear how they **** the public. This time I will take it further. I will not give my hard earned money to them just because they bully and threatened me.

Raw Chem ****mers
Raw Chem called me with an offer, I said no thank you as we are a small company and I do not need litres and litres of cleaning product. They would give me a ''special íntroductory'' offer less 50%. When I received product I was irittated as I was paying R1253.50 for 2 bottles! I accepted that I had been ****med and paid. A few weeks later I received a call saying the balance of my product were being delivered. I said no thank you! The guy on the line told me it was the outstanding balance that had not been delivered originally and that there was no money owing they were just completing the order. When goods were delivered I was invoiced a further R2875!!!! I asked them to collect their product and was given a story about how I would lose my 50% discount, I even drove out to their office premises but there was no signage and couldnt find it. I have been threatened with legal action and when I mentioned the bad reviews Raw Chem has, I was told that he (Frank) could give my company a bad review too (just because he could). I asked for recording of the conversations I had with their salesman and was told they dont have any. I was also told that I should just pay as going to court is costly and will give my company a bad name when handed over. I am now being offered a discount R875 if I pay today. I said I need to talk to the lady who does our cleaning as we seem to be one bottle short to which Zoe from Raw Chem responded if I dont pay today it goes back to the old price. I'm seeking legal advise......

A Bunch of ****mers!!
If I could give you 0 stars out of 5, it would still be too high!!! A bunch of ****mers!!! You catch people with "so called" concentrated products, but it is useless! Please don't ever make use of this companies service. If you refuse to take their product, then they get edgie and tell you to keep calm. They probably do this because they get unhappy customer calls every single day!!!! Daylight *******! :-(

Extremely Disappointed with After Sales Customer Care
This company approached our school to sell cleaning materials, but they don't disclose that the price they charge is by the litre. After delivery, the invoice was issued late (long after delivery) and eventually, when we received it and queried the amount, we were met with utter rudeness and disrespect. I had high hopes, given the hype around your sales call, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I understand that sales can be busy, but this level of incompetence is unacceptable. You’ve lost a customer for good.

Con-artists! Raw Chem International / DSL Consumables
Biggest bunch of con-artists around. We had unfortunate dealings with their previous company by the name of DSL consumables last year with their free indroductory package - which we were billed for a month later and then harrassed for payment. Payment was eventually made just to get them to go away and now I'm in the same boat again. Every time they phoned, I insisted that I don't want their product and I don't want dealings with them and I end up putting the phone down in their ear because they just don't let up. Now they've delivered more of their "introductory package" to us and we can't get them to take it back. There is ZERO evidence of us agreeing or ordering the stuff, although they maintain that it was ordered, but can not produce proof thereof. the NCC has been alerted to this as has Standard Bank because now with every delivery, there is a Standard Bank bank card included! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - CON-ARTISTS OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE! The last proof of payment we submitted had a note on it which read "DO NOT CONTACT US AGAIN" and yet they're still persisting.

Raw Chem sent product we did not order, but they insist we did. They cannot provide our company order number, mainly because we did not order. They sent product anyway and refuse to collect it when asked. They claim the products they send are "really concentrated" so that is why they are so expensive. We can't verify this claim as we haven't used the products - mainly because we never ordered them. They then regularly harass for payment, and refuse to accept return of the unordered product as an option. and threaten legal action if the payment is not processed. Don't entertain telephone calls from Raw Chem.
