Raw Chem ****mers

Raw Chem called me with an offer, I said no thank you as we are a small company and I do not need litres and litres of cleaning product. They would give me a ''special íntroductory'' offer less 50%. When I received product I was irittated as I was paying R1253.50 for 2 bottles! I accepted that I had been ****med and paid. A few weeks later I received a call saying the balance of my product were being delivered. I said no thank you! The guy on the line told me it was the outstanding balance that had not been delivered originally and that there was no money owing they were just completing the order. When goods were delivered I was invoiced a further R2875!!!! I asked them to collect their product and was given a story about how I would lose my 50% discount, I even drove out to their office premises but there was no signage and couldnt find it. I have been threatened with legal action and when I mentioned the bad reviews Raw Chem has, I was told that he (Frank) could give my company a bad review too (just because he could). I asked for recording of the conversations I had with their salesman and was told they dont have any. I was also told that I should just pay as going to court is costly and will give my company a bad name when handed over. I am now being offered a discount R875 if I pay today. I said I need to talk to the lady who does our cleaning as we seem to be one bottle short to which Zoe from Raw Chem responded if I dont pay today it goes back to the old price. I'm seeking legal advise......
