Keep your deposits safe and don't rent with these guys

If you would like to get your deposit back once your lease term has ended - don't rent with these guys. They will find any excuse to skim money off the top and give you the remnants.

I faithfully paid up my rental until the end of my lease term and gave the landlord and RAWSON 4 month's notice that I won't be renewing. I made sure to keep the apartment in a good state and replaced showerheads and other things that I needed to while I was a tenant.

When I left I made sure to get the apartment cleaned and presentable. The new tenant arrived as I was leaving and the inspection was carried out under these circumstances. The agent noted that I had left some dust in the spot where my bed had been and that they would charge me for that. THERE WAS DUST UNDER THE BED and they wanted to charge me a whole cleaning fee for that.

Also they are charging me an inspection fee. I have never heard of this type of fee nor is it in my lease agreement.

They didn't send me any formal statement to show me these fees so that I can dispute them in time. At every point I had to make communication with them.

You will lose money with these guys, don't bother
