good day Ray ban staff
I bought a pair of Erika Ray-ban a few years ago I called the customer service to find out what is the procedure regarding the Ray-ban name that came off from the lens, the lady at the customer service department told me for a repair i need to pay R900+ for a replacement all i want is for you people to put the name back on the lens and the cost geeez i might as well purchase a new pair of sunglasses but don't worry i wont purchase anything from your store again the sunglasses cost already a arm and leg now you want to charge me an arm and leg to just put the name on i am actually very shocked about it.
