Taking far too long to refund me!

On 30 Nov 2017, I ordered a product on their website. On 4 Dec 2017, I received a phone call to inform me that the product I ordered was out of stock. On 19 Dec 2017, I am STILL awaiting my refund. No explanation or apology from them. I'm furious!
