No delivery and no refund.

I ordered books from RBE and the delivery wasn't happening until I called them and they specified time when they would deliver as I spent the entire week waiting for them and on the delivery day they didn't make on time and I left for work. When I called to cancel the order and get my refund the lady on the line would always say I'm checking and will call you back. It's almost a year they are checking on calling me back.

If you don't want to sell to individuals just don't do it and only sell to big companies. It was a small order yes but it was still my money and my daughter's stationery which I had to buy all over again. They are just ripping people off.
