I ordered books from RBE and the delivery wasn't happening until I called them and they specified time when they would deliver as I spent the entire week waiting for them and on the delivery day they didn't make on time and I left for work. When I called to cancel the order and get my refund the lady on the line would always say I'm checking and will call you back. It's almost a year they are checking on calling me back. If you don't want to sell to individuals just don't do it and only sell to big companies. It was a small order yes but it was still my money and my daughter's stationery which I had to buy all over again. They are just ripping people off.
I called vodacom to assist with me not receiving OTPs, I mean every provider that is sending an OTP I am not receiving them, I was advised to check on blocked numbers and messages but I had none. I requested for the matter to maybe be escalated with IT but Amanda said no and told me to go to Vodacom shop, I don't have one close to me and she could've easily logged a case but insisted I go to a store when I don't have one closer to me and I don't believe in inconveniencing myself over something that can be escalated. She basically said I'm on my own. I was on that call for 20 minutes and on hold for half that time and told to go to a store... Wow. Oh, she even mentioned Vodacom does not have a technical team. I asked for a reference number for the call and she was not even willing to provide it. I've had the issue before and it was escalated but not with Amanda, she can't do it.
I app**** to get a connection from Mweb, their sales agent verified my area is compatible with their connection. I made a payment and about 3 days later they said I was not available on the phone to make arrangements whereas I spoke to someone. After that I was told they cannot install the connection, I told them it's ok can I get a refund, I have been waiting for my refund and when I call I get transferred. These calls are not for free. Can I get my refund as fast as I made the payment.
I called the Vodacom customer service because I bought R400 worth of data and it was not working. Naledi told me she is knocking off and I have to call back. I called back a service request was logged as the data is too much to be reversed. What mickey mouse business is being run there? R400 airtime is not a lot for people who are rushing to knock off. Maybe you should knock off from giving us your pathetic network.
Bolt was my saving grace but I'm over it now. Firstly they double charged me and I requested a refund and someone actually communicated with me but the refund is yet to be seen 4 months later. On freedom day the driver came late and I was charged the waiting fee and it was extremely high... Bolt is now a scam shame
I took a ride with Bolt, I knew that I paid with my account. The driver made me pay again with cash and I thought maybe I didn't pay. I requested for a refund via the app, the response was quick but my money is yet to be seen Dishonesty at it's best
I've had it with Telkom Mobile, they are unreachable and keep billing me money for a contract which has been closed. I hope they close down because they are unethical and criminals.
Living in a remote area is a hassle for most delivery companies they even turn away with your packages. I'd like to give a big kudos to Gift Maluleka who called and found me just a day after placing my order. Takealot means business and they are really ****ing us with the great service. Y'all are the best and unmatched yet. Keep it up
I've been calling Telkom for the past week to dispute the invoice I received and they told me they need to check the contract t's and c's and I was on grounds for a dispute and I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager and was told that he/she will call me as he/she was on a call. I spoke to Ayanda Tonny and I've been waiting for that call. Next thing they will send another incorrect invoice and when I don't pay it they will send an invoice with stupid interest. This is not the first time this is happen. Telkom is a circus. Unfortunately I can't rate them below 1.
The maternity ward has the greatest midwives. Went in to give birth and Mabel Taunyane took care of me like I was the only pregnant woman in the ward. God bless you, you chose your calling not a job.
