RBS YAMAHA BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have purchased a Yamaha Grizzly 700 and I am looking for certain parts.

3 to be specific. 1. Servo Motor. 2.L/H. 3.battery. I called in and they gave me a WhatsApp number which I was asked to send the items I want to purchase and vin number, after that they ignored me for a week. Than the following week I asked again on the very same WhatsApp number making a follow up but still there was no reply I than got frustrated and expressed how I feel about their bad customer service, Wade called me won’t lie I told him he is now calling me because I told him I was going to share this experience to all social platforms including HelloPeter and I wasn’t interested in talking to him as he is the one I spoke to day one.

He is very unprofessional and has a bad way of dealing with a customer which is me at this point.
