I have purchased a Yamaha Grizzly 700 and I am looking for certain parts. 3 to be specific. 1. Servo Motor. 2.L/H. 3.battery. I called in and they gave me a WhatsApp number which I was asked to send the items I want to purchase and vin number, after that they ignored me for a week. Than the following week I asked again on the very same WhatsApp number making a follow up but still there was no reply I than got frustrated and expressed how I feel about their bad customer service, Wade called me won’t lie I told him he is now calling me because I told him I was going to share this experience to all social platforms including HelloPeter and I wasn’t interested in talking to him as he is the one I spoke to day one. He is very unprofessional and has a bad way of dealing with a customer which is me at this point.

I'd like to start by saying I'm a very difficult client when it comes to service and I don't just leave bad service I'll continue till I take it up with a vp or ceo. But RBS Yamaha has delivered great service much better than most companies these days. I've done a total of 6 deferent orders from them and all was perfect. To add to the service I've placed orders at 21:30 23:20 and the next morning before they are open to public like 6:00 to to 6:45 I'll recieve a notice that a courier was already booked for collection and I've recieved all my orders in another province within 24 hours they want to do business they are not lazy and they haven't made any mistakes I'll support them over and over again

I went in to have my motorcycle serviced at RBS Yamaha on Saturday 30 November 2024. I arrived at 07h45, just before official opening time and was greeted by the workshop manager, Kendal and his team in the workshop. RBS Yamaha and salesman Henry do not only sell a great product, but they also provide an exceptional service. In just under two hours the service was complete. Mark handed over the key and motorcycle and went through what had been done during the service. He did not just do the required but went above and beyond what was required and paid attention to some of the finer details, including lubrication of levers, cables and chain. Mark and Kendal were not only friendly, but very courteous and professional. BIG THANK YOU!!! to Gareth Jones and his team at RBS Yamaha

I've just bought a new pair of leatt 4.5 boots from rbs and I cant begin to sat how dissatisfied I am with the quality. The boots have split on the right side and I was told they are awesome boots and great quality I can only say anyone wanting to buy a pair of riding boots please don't look at these as they will only let you down for the price you pay. I will be keeping everyone updated as too the outcome with RBS yamaha pinetown on this matter as we are a huge group of riders and cant believe the kak we bought.

<p>The last time I bought a new car it cost R2,200 ! (1973, since you ask.) At that time I ran a hotel which charged R30.00 per month, full board ( that means breakfast, lunch and dinner...plus teas and coffee on call)....no, that's not a misprint....R1.00 Rand a day was the total COL to live in style. Well, it's gone pear-shape, right? So much so that my means of conveyance is now a 37 year old HONDA motorbike. The bike and I (inseparable ) total 115 years! But it gets worse; a bit fell off ( of the BIKE!) so I wobbled down to HONDA's Pinetown bike workshop only to find they've decamped! But then it gets better....I timidly ventured into RBS YAMAHA's Pinetown premises fully expecting to be sneered at only to find the most friendly bunch of bike professionals imaginable! Not only did they sort my serious problem (the BIKE'S!) out in no time but they also steam-cleaned the ancient HONDA back to gleaming life "on the house"! So....a " big Thumbs Up "To RBS Yamaha and a word to local fellow HONDA bikers...well, a few words, actually...."Don't despair guys, RBS is in our corner....and just around the corner!" #greatbusiness </p>

<p>Every time i order a part from these guys they either mess up my order or it doesn't come in to the shop all together when they say it should and then takes weeks for them to get it in. Start line is a much better choice for parts.</p>
