My geyser burst last night. I reported it early this morning to RBS and got a reference number and the assurance that the geyser will be replaced today. After I phoned numerous times to RBS, and a plumber whose number they supplied, a plumber turned up at 17:50. He had to phone his office but had to use my phone, because he did not have airtime! I was then told that RBS will phone me back. They did, but while I was talking with them, just hung up. We must go through the weekend without hot water, thanks to RBS. I think they are the worst. I was previously with Standard Bank. Standard Bank is tops. I am going after the geyser is replaced going to resign from FBSVVV
