My complaint on Hello Peter raised positive feedback from BANXSO. Their Support team, this time, made an effort to research what happened and explained it to me. I wish this had been done way back, then no complaint was needed.
I paid R4 700 into BANXSO. When I wanted to withdraw, I was allowed to withdraw half of the amount. When I wanted to withdraw the other half, BABXSO support kept on responding that I had withdrawn all my funds. When I wanted to discuss the problem with support, they blocked me and they kept on blocking me! If they keep funds of everybody like they did with me, they eventually can end up having a huge amount amount of money.
I had very bad experiences with Takelot during lockdown. Takelot has a "help" option where you can fill in your details regarding a problem you want to communicate to Takelot. I filled in this form (on recommendation from Canon, because Takelot sold a printer and ink to me that is mulfunctional) and sent it to Takelot, but got no response. I tried twice hereafter to fill in the form to enquire about the situation but get cut off. In the meantime the warrenty is running out. When I looked at reviews on Takelot's website, I saw that other people had the same problem. It is clear that Takelot wants to sweep this under the carpet. I am now trying to find out by Canon if there is a way of keeping the warrenty and return the printer after lockdown. I am very disappointed with Takelot! I want to give them a minus count for not accepting responsibility.
I went to Grace hair and nail design last Thursday on the eve on South Africa's lockdown. The friendly, professional service I got was so fantastic, that I will in future go to them for my hair! I eventually just wanted a nearby place for a hair cut and I got this place within 750 metres from my house, shear delight.
I encountered more problems with Etzy. This time I got abused by a seller. There is no option of contacting Customer Care. This Seller is telling me that the order is in South Africa and is therefor by me and not her business anymore. I am accusing her of bad business of which she is not guilty of because my order is in South Africa and therefore not her problem. I have not received it, I have not signed for it, South Africa is big, where must I go look for it? I cannot contact Etsy's customer care!!! What about all my other orders, no tracking numbers. The sellers have my money, that they want. Then they do not worry what happen with your orders. Etsy is a bad, bad shopping experience. Be warned.
I have bought over several years quite a lot of items by Etzy shops. The items are of medium to good quality. The shipping of most of the shops are very slow. They demand immediate payment, where after the buyer is at their mercy. Shipping sometimes take 3 months, if you are lucky. There is no aftercare, you cannot get customer support. I tried to get customer service, I left a message that I am about to commit suicide, their answer was, not a suitable choice. I feel that I am ordering an item, paying for it and therefore wanting it delivered within reasonable time, for which I will pay if necessary, but no such communication. When you query the seller, you get an answer like, it usually does not take that long, but be patient, it is on the way, or go ask the post office. My local post officers want to throw me out of the door when I enter.
My geyser burst last night. I reported it early this morning to RBS and got a reference number and the assurance that the geyser will be replaced today. After I phoned numerous times to RBS, and a plumber whose number they supplied, a plumber turned up at 17:50. He had to phone his office but had to use my phone, because he did not have airtime! I was then told that RBS will phone me back. They did, but while I was talking with them, just hung up. We must go through the weekend without hot water, thanks to RBS. I think they are the worst. I was previously with Standard Bank. Standard Bank is tops. I am going after the geyser is replaced going to resign from FBSVVV
