On 25 April 2021 I ordered and paid through Etsy from https://www.etsy.com/shop/IRENESSWEETSUPPLIES?ref=view_receipt. Up to date no delivery and no replies to a request for refund as I ordered from another supplier since.

Purchased an item from America and it arrived in South Africa 17 December 2020 and these frauds don't wanna take responsibility to where my product is and keep referring me to the seller who is in America.

What a disappointment. Ordered my product from Brontide on Etsy and NO product yet to be delivered. The great excitement turned to anger. After sending multiple queries, not one was answered. Avoid Etsy when living in South Africa.

I encountered more problems with Etzy. This time I got abused by a seller. There is no option of contacting Customer Care. This Seller is telling me that the order is in South Africa and is therefor by me and not her business anymore. I am accusing her of bad business of which she is not guilty of because my order is in South Africa and therefore not her problem. I have not received it, I have not signed for it, South Africa is big, where must I go look for it? I cannot contact Etsy's customer care!!! What about all my other orders, no tracking numbers. The sellers have my money, that they want. Then they do not worry what happen with your orders. Etsy is a bad, bad shopping experience. Be warned.

I have bought over several years quite a lot of items by Etzy shops. The items are of medium to good quality. The shipping of most of the shops are very slow. They demand immediate payment, where after the buyer is at their mercy. Shipping sometimes take 3 months, if you are lucky. There is no aftercare, you cannot get customer support. I tried to get customer service, I left a message that I am about to commit suicide, their answer was, not a suitable choice. I feel that I am ordering an item, paying for it and therefore wanting it delivered within reasonable time, for which I will pay if necessary, but no such communication. When you query the seller, you get an answer like, it usually does not take that long, but be patient, it is on the way, or go ask the post office. My local post officers want to throw me out of the door when I enter.

Etsy online is a load of **** really, I have spent thousands buying from them then with the one store that apparently shipped my item which has never had tracking info available nor left the US according to the shipping company they tell me sorry they won't hold the seller responsible and I don't get a refund so in other words I got robbed and it's ok. Don't buy from Larisagiftshop on etsy it's obviously a huge scam!!

Hi. I have ordered two products from different suppliers and both were unsuccessful in getting the products delivered in South Africa. Why are we given the option to order if they are unable to ensure safe delivery? On top of that I might need to wait a whole month for a refund??? Crazy
