What a disappointment. Ordered my product from Brontide on Etsy and NO product yet to be delivered. The great excitement turned to anger. After sending multiple queries, not one was answered. Avoid Etsy when living in South Africa.
Thank you for excellent service while other companies take hours to deliver or not at all. You take pride in your work, and it shows. :)
The Online ordering system is a joke. Placed our order at 11:00 and still have not received anything by 13:17. Pizza Hut Sandton could not help us, and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude. Will never do business with you again! Order number 18601439 - please make sure to cancel our order.
<p>I have never been so disgusted with "service" received from mobile provider. In the beginning of February 2017, I was pressurised into a month trial period of an over-priced, Red Premium Plus contract. In the space of this month, I came to the realisation that this contract was not for me, and made use of the "no risk" cancellation option that I was assured of during the appalling sales call. I sat on hold for an exorbitant amount of time, finally reached a human. I then proceeded to tell said human that I would like to cancel this trail and not continue once it was over. I was assured that this call was being recorded "for quality control and record purposes". I then was told I needed to be transferred to the correct department. This human then cut my call and I was unable to get through again, after having tried to call back 4+ times. </p> <p> </p> <p>Much to my disgust, Vodacom did NOT cancel the contract as per my request, even after going in store, the only response I received was a nonchalant shrug and a "meh, there is nothing we can do about it" response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am counting down the days until the end of this illegally obtained contract. Not only am I paying R2 300 a month for this nonsense, I am paying R600 MORE than what they told me it would be during the telephonic conversation. Once I reach the end, Vodacom will never see a dime of my money again, and everyone I can convice to cancel and move over to ANY other service provider but Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
