I have been servicing my Kia Serena here for the past 3.5 years. Although the service has always been good - the one downfall was the Security staff upon entry when you bring your car for a service. This is the first point of contact of the \service event\" and I have always complained about this as they were rude, borderline arrogant. <br> When I got there this morning we had two upbeat smiling guards welcoming me to Kia with pride and professionalism! Well done Kia Randburg! Hope you all get easter eggs from the \"boss\" today!!"
Hi. I have ordered two products from different suppliers and both were unsuccessful in getting the products delivered in South Africa. Why are we given the option to order if they are unable to ensure safe delivery? On top of that I might need to wait a whole month for a refund??? Crazy
