Bad aftercare

I have bought over several years quite a lot of items by Etzy shops. The items are of medium to good quality. The shipping of most of the shops are very slow. They demand immediate payment, where after the buyer is at their mercy. Shipping sometimes take 3 months, if you are lucky. There is no aftercare, you cannot get customer support. I tried to get customer service, I left a message that I am about to commit suicide, their answer was, not a suitable choice.

I feel that I am ordering an item, paying for it and therefore wanting it delivered within reasonable time, for which I will pay if necessary, but no such communication. When you query the seller, you get an answer like, it usually does not take that long, but be patient, it is on the way, or go ask the post office. My local post officers want to throw me out of the door when I enter.
