We had a new gate motor supp**** and fitted by RCE Electrical in February 2025. We received poor service, poor communication, poor workmanship and a total lack of interest from this company. Ashley the junior technician did a poor job of installing the motor - his wife Charne did a poor job in communicating with us. Marlo the manager delivered poor service as well as Renier Smith the owner of RCE Electrical who did not even attend the agreed meeting with us. Due to poor workmanship the motor failed and no longer operates - after waiting 3 months for them to come back to assess the issue. We requested that our deposit be returned to us and that they remove the gate motor. We have taken legal action against Renier Smith and RCE Electrical and reported them to our Insurance company for future reference.
