NO REGARD FOR GUESTS

Wish I could give zero stars Absolutely no regard to guests or people being Lifted Today guests were stranded at a resort because they don't book certain dates on they site yet points and money were taken! Please explain how serious do yourl take people's time and money!!! What are yourl doing as a big company besides inconveniencing people!
