RCS group - Insurance policy

I took out a loan in 2024, paid every month from then including insurance policy fee monthly. I have been retrenched from work. I called RCS and let them know of my current condition. They told me I am liable to pay the debt. When I sent proof of laid of work letter it's still the same 'no response from RCS. Instead they submitted my account to debt collectors ... Who harass me daily.

I am really frustrated 🥴
