Please reconsider buying from them- Struggle to get a refund

Please reconsider from buying this from the supplier This is the 3 time around that we had to send back the ups, they couriered it to us in a broken box, no USB cable again, they do not want to arrange a refund that we can buy a other product. This is unacceptable. Wish I could share the photos here, the on switch is incased in the plastic casing, you can not even put the ups on. No one wants to take responsibility, not RCT zone or Take alot
