Plumbers claiming they are electricians

Their plumber plugged their lead into my garage plug and tripped the power. Then one of the guys said he was an electrician too and played with DB board, tripping the power about 10 more times, without checking there the problem was. This resulted in my inverter blowing up and they tell Santam they did nothing to cause it! Shocking!
