On the day I was preparing to leave for the staycation I was called in the afternoon to be informed that my booking is not appearing on their system.
Was therefore given two options to either get a refund of my deposit or choose another date for the staycation and I chose the refund option. Today marks an entire week with poor communication from the manager with regards to my refund and empty promises of when my refund will be deposited into my account.
The customer service is so appalling and very much disappointing! Yho! 😮💨😭
