Fraudulent transactions
After purchasing a device in June from iStore I received notification that I get a free 6 month subscription to ReacPlus.
This is in theory a valuable service to subscribe to, so I thought I would try it.
However a fraudulent transaction of R99 was processed against my account on 2021/08/24.
Shortly thereafter I received an SMS as follows:
Dear ReactPlus user - We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the recent incorrect billing. Please note that these incorrect billings will be reversed as soon as possible. No further action from your side is required. We thank you for your support and patience. Kind Regards The ReactPlus Team
However , I have still not received the refund.
Poor service. Fraudulent transactions against your account. Do not sign up for it!

Despite Elyse's good service, I have subsequently cancelled my subscription and will not utilize this service going forward, if this is how the company handles their transactions.
