ReactPlus - Unlawful service
I purchased a device from the Istore and was advised that ReactPlus is offered for free for 6 months. I downloaded the ReactPlus app to see what it entails and a few days later after downloading the app I deleted it I did not require it. I now receive an e-mail advising that I shall be automatically billed for a monthly subscription for the ReactPlus and I am advised in the e-mail to cancel and opt-out via the ReactPlus app. However, I no longer have the ReactPlus app and there are no details on how to cancel the automatic subscription. This matter shall be referred to the National Consumer Tribunal for investigation.

Fraudulent transactions
After purchasing a device in June from iStore I received notification that I get a free 6 month subscription to ReacPlus. This is in theory a valuable service to subscribe to, so I thought I would try it. However a fraudulent transaction of R99 was processed against my account on 2021/08/24. Shortly thereafter I received an SMS as follows: Dear ReactPlus user - We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the recent incorrect billing. Please note that these incorrect billings will be reversed as soon as possible. No further action from your side is required. We thank you for your support and patience. Kind Regards The ReactPlus Team However , I have still not received the refund. Poor service. Fraudulent transactions against your account. Do not sign up for it!

Apple is promoting this company on its App Store. What a disappointment, my account has been blocked twice, even though my monthly subscription is up to date. It is currently blocked, and I can get no response from anyone in the company. I’m paying for help in the case of an emergency, and I currently can’t even access it. I empty promises and the inefficiency. Apple should take this company off their App Store.
