I purchased a device from the Istore and was advised that ReactPlus is offered for free for 6 months. I downloaded the ReactPlus app to see what it entails and a few days later after downloading the app I deleted it I did not require it. I now receive an e-mail advising that I shall be automatically billed for a monthly subscription for the ReactPlus and I am advised in the e-mail to cancel and opt-out via the ReactPlus app. However, I no longer have the ReactPlus app and there are no details on how to cancel the automatic subscription. This matter shall be referred to the National Consumer Tribunal for investigation.
I accepted a quote to have a sauna installed & the basis of acceptance was that the sauna would be of good quality and professionally installed & the price was very reasonable. However, the installation is terrible & the latch to close the sauna on the inside does not work as the sauna door does not sit flush like some of the panels inside the sauna! The sauna is akin to a badly installed shed. Moral of this story? If you think hiring an expert is costly, wait until you hire an amateur. Now, I have to look to enforce my consumer rights - what a waste of time and money.
<br> I had two BMW motor vehicles insured with Dial Direct. The one was written off after an attempted hijacking and Dial Direct promptly arranged for the motor vehicle to be towed and thereafter it was assessed as a \write off."I was promptly paid out the value of the BMW that was written off and I purchased a new car which I insured with Dial Direct again. I was offered a new policy in respect of my new car by the agent from Dial Direct"
