Bad customer services

I wish to report bad practise from one your employees Bellah Mathabathe, She assisted us in finding a rental apartment last year which we loved and took care off until we left. She was at the time under the employment of Amour properties. We have move out 06/02/26 she wrote an incoclusive and false report about how the property was and we asked to show the photo she took when we took occupation she, she refused and said they are at Amour properties. We are now fighting for our deposit with the landlord because of this and she is willing to mediate and show that we left the place better than how we found it. This behavier is totally unprofessional. we need to recoup our deposit now via the tribunal. sooo Dissapointed!!
