Dubious practices

People please be very weary of using this rental agency. If you have to use them make sure you have a very well documented move in inspection report.

We rented an apartment from Lana and Nicole in Menlopark and lost about half of our deposit when moving out. The cleaners used apparently could not clean marks off the walls so walls have to be repainted at inflated costs. There was some damage caused by our children but repairs should not have come close to the amount we were charged. Very quick to threaten us and plead innocence. Don’t go on trust!!!
