Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for sharing your concern regarding the electricity voucher purchased in September 2025.While vouchers are generally valid for a 12‑month period, their usability is also dependent on the TID (Token Identifier) sequence of the specific electricity sub‑meter. The TID sequence is a security and control mechanism designed to prevent duplicate tokens from being entered and to ensure that vouchers are generated and used in strict chronological order.Because this particular voucher was purchased a substantial time ago, and multiple additional vouchers have since been generated and used for the same electricity sub‑meter, the TID sequence has unfortunately been broken. Once this occurs, any older, unused vouchers automatically become invalid, even if they fall within the general 12‑month validity period. This is a system‑controlled process and cannot be reversed. In light of the above, we recommend that you approach your landlord directly to discuss a possible resolution. All electricity voucher purchases are reimbursed directly to the landlord, regardless of whether the voucher has been used or not, which places them in the best position to assist further. We truly regret any inconvenience this has caused and understand how disappointing this outcome may be. Should you need any additional information or support, our team is always happy to help.
Best regards,
