I am writing this compliment to express my profound appreciation for the excellent service received telephonically by an individual named Mohammed who works for your company. Mohammed's professional and attention to detail to assist me so quickly and effectively is truly commendable. Mohammed, thank you for your excellent service and for going the extra mile to get my meter sorted out so quickly. You are truly appreciated and definitely an asset to your company.

Made 3 phone calls today. First one directed me to the correct website which is confusing. Second one transferred me to the Rebate department, silence. Third one which I called immediately after said that the Rebate department closed an hour before and cut me off

This company service really suck it as if you are a huge inconvenience when you phone and what happened all of a sudden one meter after another gives errors to buy electricity and the solution buy here no buy there oh the system is not working so either bypass the meter or no power. My advice look for a company that wants to help

I have a prepaid meter in a house I rent. Never had any issues. From 7 August 2025 we are unable to purchase electricity off the banking app as well as the Recharger website. It says "Customer blocked UVS Migration" after many fone calls to recharger and calls EVENTUALLY been answered we were told to purchase electricity from our local store and it will rectify the issue. Off I went, did that. Nope still can't buy off the banking app! Call recharger again!!! Oh no you can't buy off the Recharger website anymore you must register on "Easypay" then the issue will be rectified. So I register... Purchase R50... Put the electricity in. Nope still can't purchase off the banking app. It is 8 Aug 2025 and the problem persists! We were told to email recharger with this issue and have no feedback whatsoever. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I purchased a Recharger Pre-Paid meter to manage the electricity consumption of our garden flat, used by tenants. The electricity is provided off a Tshwane Pre-Paid meter, working on a sliding scale. The use of the garden unit very quickly push the main unit to the top consumption level and the Recharger meters work on a flat rate, rather than a sliding scale. The request for an uplift of the charged rate to the Tshwane default rates needs to be proved after submission of statements, providing 6 months usage statement. So purchasing a Recharger meter and service will cause you financial loss. They pay long after the voucher were purchased, charge more than 7% service fees, plus a monthly service fee and under recover. As a landlord, you cannot afford to use this ridiculous inefficient service.

I bought a 3 phase pre-paid meter with wifi interface 2 years ago. On Wednesday the meter woulc not load a prepaid voucher. After MANY CALLS and trouble shooting sessions and an electrician call out it still doesn't recharge. This morning I am told because the meter is 2 years old I need to replace the meter? I have several electrical submeters from the opposition in place and working very well for my tenants for well over ten years? Why after 2 years does the Recharger meter need replacing - this is such a *******. WHY can the interface unit not be replaced? I was NOT told when I bought the REcharger submeters and I have several that they need to be replaced every two years? This is a money making racket
