I have always received outstanding service with Outsurance. I am always pleased with the service I receive from the call centre agents...they are always efficient and quick with resolving any issues. Thank you for the excellent service and keep up the good work Outsurance.

Mohammed's professional and attention to detail to assist me so quickly and effectively is truly commendable. Mohammed, thank you for your excellent service and for going the extra mile to get my meter sorted out so quickly. You are truly appreciated and definitely an asset to your company.
Payflex does not have a number to contact them. The number on the website just rings and cuts off. I have written numerous emails to payflex to fix there system by changing my number but they keep sending OTP to a number which I no longer use?They take over 72 hours to respond and even when your query is not resolved they close the "session" Payflex tries to deduct money from my account even though I have EFT the money for the item ? If my issue is not resolved I will be contacting the CEO of payflex and telling him about my problem and I will go further by asking him...a HUGE company like payflex don't have a proper landline for clients to call ? How can payflex deduct money from ones account at anytime? Why is payflex email address support@paylex...dot dot not working? ?? How does a huge company like payflex give us so poor service. This is not acceptable. I had no issues with payflex in the past until recently when I encountered a problem and realized Payflex takes forever to resolve simple issues. I have been writing emails for over a month now and no resolution ?

I am cancelling my policy with immediate effect with this company. I wrote a complaint to their department. My fridge was damaged due to a power surge and they refuse to pay me out for my fridge. According to the policy documents i am covered for power surge and dips but now when my fridge is damaged they do not assist. I DO NOT recommend this company.
I have a claim with KINGPRICE insurance and to date they are still not giving me feedback with regards to the claim on my fridge. We had a power surge at home and my fridge blew, two TVs, my decoder box and my fan stopped working. I phoned KINGPRICE and they sent out there technician to my house to access damaged. The technician took my two TVs , fan and decoder. I phoned KINGPRICE a day or two later regarding claim and to my surprise the consultant tells me that my fridge is damaged due to " normal wear and tear!" so unfortunately they cannot cover my fridge???? I got really angry with the consultant and told her how was this possible because my fridge is damaged!? My fridge was working perfectly fine before the power surge! So how can your technician say that my fridge is damaged due to wear and tear??? When i signed up home contents insurance with your company your consultant informed me that your company covers power surge, if my item is damaged your company will pay me out to buy a new one. So why is your company misleading people like this?? I have e-mailed my complaint to as instructed by your department MANAGER to "yourcouncil@porcupine.ai which i did on the 9 March 2023. I received a response saying that they will get back to me within 7-10 days... its 10 days already and your company does not respond! Your call Centre cannot assist me !! I cannot believe that KINGPRICE treats there clients like this ! Sort out my claim KINGPRICE ! My reference is MAT7605
good day , I am seriously not happy with old mutual. I have been dealing with an old mutual consultant with regards to decreasing my premium with them and this was three months ago! Your company still deducts the amount which i clearly told your consultant to decrease(she agreed to get back to me but never did), i even filled out forms for this!!! I have emails which i have sent to the consultant and she does not get back to me! I phoned the call center for assistance but the lady was not sure about the process and told me to call another branch? This is a simple process old mutual. Can your company please assist me before i cancel / stop my debit order with your company???? Please refund my money i am not happy!
I would like to compliment Bonnie @ The Mattress Warehouse for her outstanding service!! She was so helpful and friendly and assisted me so efficiently! She really loves her job because she went the extra mile for me and i so appreciate her service and i will always recommend her to my clients ! It was a pleasure dealing with you Bonnie!!
