Formal Complaint Against Reclam Metal, Dunwart Benoni Dear Reclam Metal Management, I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your company, specifically regarding the purchase of 400kg of metal. Despite delivering the material and receiving receipts, we've not been paid the agreed-upon amount of R1400. What's most concerning is the lack of communication and transparency regarding your company's financial situation. We were only informed after the fact that you're struggling financially and had to retrench staff. As a supplier, this information should have been shared with us prior to delivery, allowing us to explore alternative options.
