MEDICAL BOOKING DISASTER

Whenever I need to book my GP's, RecoMed is superb BUT I used the site to book a dentist urgently for my Wife yesterday. I was surprised on a sat morning to find a Dentist (Edr***) in T/View with 3 listed appts 10.30, 11.00 and 11.30. Excellent went ahead and booked 11.30. When the selected dentist opened they phoned to ask about appts...and I said yes I booked 11.30. The friendly receptionist said no sir we are fully booked today. Really but Recomed listed 3 appts and I booked 11.30? Eventually we booked 15.15 on Monday 8th December. BUT, BUT a Company can list appts are available at a Dentist (who doesn't use their calendar/ booking system) can still list their name and available appts - hoping that any problems (like this) can be used to further their business gaining this client? Very disappointed..will revert to using phone directly and cut out any Company between my business and a health professional.
