Bad service Reconnect day spa

Admin says she forgot our reservation after making us to do an immediate payment.They said they can’t refund my money fully they can only do that after seven days.When I got there the facility was locked and they were shocked when I called to say Iam at the gate for my appointment.It was supposed to be a gift to a friend.Felt very embarrassed and disappointed at the same time.Menlo park branch
