Poor service, scam and only concerned about money, so much for a black business ****

I have booked for a massage promo that is due to expire this December, upon booking I couldn't select a flexible date however I wrote a note to say that I would like my date to be open, I have tried three times to redeem my booking voucher that I have already paid for but iam being taken from pillar to post
